Payment must be received in full before an order is dispatched.

Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. A legally binding contract is formed once your order has been dispatched.

If payment has already been taken, a full refund will be issued.

Where a fault is confirmed, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with UK law.

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item or proof of return.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
